The infierno's every fire box wall and floor is lined with our floating fire brick system, lending her great strength over time, heat retention, and hearth cooking surfaces.

Importantly to any professional setting, any of the bricks can be replaced using a common hex key, so grill lining wear over time becomes a non-issue.
