Cherry
Black cherry is a heavy wood, burning long and at medium heat, with a moderate woody flavor. Somewhere between apple and oak in intensity, with a tart note to the smoke. Four boxes, close to 200 lbs, bark on and kiln dried. Should last an avid griller 2-3 months. About 2 pieces per lb.
