Infierno lift system

The Infierno's twin grilling surfaces are lifted by dual stainless steel cables, wrapping on an axle that is housed in the tube frame of the grill. The surface is held at any height by the lever that engages a star wheel mounted between the cast aluminum crankwheel and the frame. The entire assembly slides out by removing a couple of hex bolts.
