Infierno Firecage Hearth

The hearths under the grilling stations and the fire cage get very hot and retain that heat. This makes them excellent mediums for baking flatbreads or experimenting with other stone cooking. The central fire station has an expanded stainless mesh center to catch most of the ash from the descending coals.
