The Grillworks 26

The Grillworks 26 was a custom size that grew in popularity enough for us to unveil her as a production model this year. Adding the new split 26" surface system(allowing you to swap in specialty surfaces) and a step up in total cook area compared to the Grillery Standard make her a nice upgrade in versatility without much of an accompanying patio footprint increase.

Item Options

The Heavy Duty Rotisserie option raises the grill's lift system to make room for a heavy duty rotisserie. The HD shaft then slides into the original position of the lift axle, enabling rotisserie cooking alone or in conjunction with normal cooking on the surface below. A second, lower position lets you place the food closer to the heat if required. Comes with a motor rated to turning an 100 lb (balanced) load. Otherwise the grill operates like any of our other models.

When in use the rotisserie is at one of the two fixed heights, 4" apart. This option is available for the 26, 36 or 42 Grillworks, so when considering your rotisserie plans, remember that the most important consideration is the LENGTH of the cut you want to cook(maximum diameter is about 14"). The Grillworks 26 has about 24" of space, the 36 has 34" of interior firebox space, the 42 has about 40.
