Can also be installed, without legs, as simple inserts. They're each hand-built in 304 or 316 brushed stainless steel, with the Asadors boasting a layer of heat-insulating fire brick.

The Grillery
The Grillery Standard is the grill that started it all. Packed with the same features, cooking system and and fine construction as its larger brother The Grillworks, The Grillery is ideal for smaller spaces. Equipped with a single grill surface 20" wide by 19" deep.

The Grillworks 26
The Grillery 26 is based on the split 26" surface that is used on the Dual 54 and some of our Architectural grills. Because of this, it can take the accessory surface sections just like its larger and custom brethren.

The Grillworks 36 Asador - HD Rotisserie Edition
You got it - this is the Grillworks 36 Asador with a lift system upgraded to handle rotisserie loads up to 80 lbs. This raises the crankwheel and shaft up and out of the way of large rotating cuts to offer huge flexibility. You can even grill simultaneous to rotisserie, catching juices on the V-Channels below.

Named for The Grillery's inventor - Dad - this model made him put away all of his other grills. Independent surfaces that can be coupled into one, HD rotisserie, the footprint of a 42...for him she is the perfect storm and we won't argue.
